About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care and support to young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
  • Engage in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children and young people with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People's Award or equivalent.
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Valid DBS check and ability to work with vulnerable individuals.
