Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Administrator to provide administrative support to our Tax Advisors and/or Tax Senior Management. This role will enable the team to deliver accurate, comprehensive advice to clients and a first-class level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Tax teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Manage the Client Onboarding and AML Remediation processes, including data collection and liaison with the central onboarding team when required.
  • Assist with billing processes, including WIP management and debt collection.
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.
  • Provide daily administration support, which may include liaison with clients and HMRC.
  • Manage and process various annual tax return processes.
  • Prepare meeting packs.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch reports for new client opportunities.
  • Prioritize workloads to ensure all activities are met in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Good academic record, including 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths, and min AAA).
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and Adobe.
  • Experienced IT user with intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong numerical skills, able to demonstrate understanding of financial terms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Team player, but with the ability to work and manage their own work.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to liaise with senior members of the business in a confident and professional manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy for all record keeping and reporting.
  • Ability to use judgment and reasoning to propose solutions to problems.
