Role: Financial Services Coordinator

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £24,000 to £30,000 (depending on experience)

The Openwork Partnership is recruiting for an experienced Financial Services Coordinator to join their partnership business based in Birmingham. This role will focus on providing effective technical support to the Practice Principal to ensure an efficient processing of business and deliver a high-quality service to clients.

We are looking for someone with experience in the financial advice industry, preferably in the role of Financial Services Coordinator or a junior paraplanner/Senior Administrator. Full level 4 qualifications are desirable, but not essential. What matters most is technical knowledge, a good work ethic, and a strong ability to maintain accurate records.

This is a full-time office-based role, located in the Harborne area of South West Birmingham. Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Obtaining valuations, quotations, and illustrations, as well as supporting documentation, in preparation for and following client meetings.
  • Managing the internal processing system to ensure the delivery of ongoing service requirements and maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Producing Client Suitability Reports for personalisation and sign-off by the Practice Principal/Adviser.
  • Administering the submission of applications to platform/providers and monitoring relevant systems.
