Counter Manager

La Mer is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of skilled professionals to build long-term client relationships through meaningful engagement and services while achieving sales targets.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to take on a leadership role and be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management, and the leadership of a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed, with experience in setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling. They will also have experience in creating and executing in-store events and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of skilled professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and impactful in-store events
- Developing and implementing sales and customer service strategies to drive business growth
- Coaching and developing team members to improve their skills and performance
- Managing inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
