About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to join our team at La Mer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Skin Care Experts to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Skin Care Experts to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure efficient store operations
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance

Requirements

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
