About Our Team

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service across various channels at DFL.

This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for customer support, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Provide accurate and clear information to supporters, promoting relevant services as needed.
  • Maintain high-quality interactions and adhere to data management and security guidelines.
  • Record supporter contact reasons to inform future planning and forecasting.
