Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Easton Coach Company LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of vehicles and personnel to ensure seamless service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules and dispatch drivers, vehicles, or equipment to meet customer demands and operational requirements.

  • Communicate effectively with drivers, supervisors, and customers to resolve issues and provide updates on service status.

  • Prepare and manage work orders, schedules, and other operational documents to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of work requests, customer interactions, and operational metrics to inform business decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance service quality and efficiency.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our operations team.

Requirements:

  • One (1) year of experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
