Transportation Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team at Easton Coach Company LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of vehicles and personnel to ensure seamless service delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules and dispatch drivers, vehicles, or equipment to meet customer demands and operational needs.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, supervisors, and customers to resolve issues and provide updates on service status.
- Prepare and manage daily work schedules, work orders, and inventory records to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our operations team.
Requirements:
- One year of experience in transportation or a related field.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
