At Transport UK London, we're seeking a skilled Rail Replacement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our rail replacement services across the Greater Anglia network.

The Role

As a Rail Replacement Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating the movement of buses and trains during times of disruption, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and safe experience. You'll work closely with our operations team to manage the logistics of our rail replacement services, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the movement of buses and trains during times of disruption
