About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with various needs, including physical and/or learning disabilities, ongoing mental health issues, alcohol or substance abuse, and autism.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing social support to individuals, assisting them to engage with their communities through planned outings and activities.
  • Administering and monitoring medication, as required.
  • Assisting individuals with personal care, promoting their wellbeing and independence.
  • Providing practical support, helping individuals to maintain their tenancy and daily household tasks.
