Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in our East Fife services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Driving license required
  • Experience in social care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including sleepovers
