About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with varying needs, including physical and/or learning disabilities, ongoing mental health issues, alcohol or substance abuse, and autism.

Your responsibilities will include assisting individuals to engage with their communities, administering and monitoring medication, promoting personal care, and providing practical support with daily household tasks. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement support plans that promote independence and recovery.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license
