About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals in our East Fife services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless support delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Driving license required.
- Ability to work a 24-hour service, including sleepovers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting individuals.
