Job Summary:

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a Support Practitioner to join our East Fife services. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the needs of each service user.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless support and care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license (essential for this role)
  • Ability to work a 24-hour shift pattern, including sleepovers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
