Service Department Coordinator

We are proud to be the Motor Retailer who invests more in our colleague's personal development than any other. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Service Department at Mercedes Benz of Beaconsfield dealership.
Job DescriptionThis role will involve: Assisting with the costing of retail jobs and providing holiday cover, Supporting the team with administrating customer Service Care Plans, and Supporting our Advisor team with incoming telephone calls.
You will also be responsible for maintaining professional and positive working relationships with all dealership and manufacturer managers and colleagues, assisting in the effective administration of the Service Department.
RequirementsWe are looking for someone who has experience in administration, data management, excellent organisation skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
