Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team and ensuring that all HR-related activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resources records
- Creating and maintaining various reports needed to track HR processes
- Providing effective assistance to managers/employees with problem resolution and questions related to Human Resources programs, policies, and procedures
- Administering and advising on company benefits and supporting employee welfare and engagement programmes
- Coordinating details, tracking, scheduling, and tactical execution of HR project plans
- Coordinating activities related to the administration and maintenance of employee benefits programmes
- Coordinating the development and distribution of information to employees through newsletters, site-wide communications, materials regarding programs, services, activities, and policies
- Assisting in maintaining knowledge of local laws assisting with implementation in country/Business Units
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- HR/Business Diploma, Degree or Masters
- Knowledge of Employment legislation
- CIPD certification is an advantage
Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
