Exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join Nannie Annies Day Care. This is a part-time role offering comprehensive HR support for our Nurseries.
**About the role**:
- Monday - Friday
- 25 hours per week
- No weekend
- Office based in Woodford Green
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Record holidays, sickness, and Return to Work (RTW).
- Foster a positive work environment, address concerns, and promote employee well-being.
- Book and track training requirements.
- Ensure HR policies comply with regulations, staying updated on market trends and new regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, conduct quality audit checks on files and HR systems for data accuracy.
- Work with Directors and Recruitment Manager to ensure the onboarding and offboarding process is smooth and efficient.
- Input and maintain records in the HR system.
- Update policies and procedures.
- Support management with day-to-day HR queries.
- Assist Finance Manager with data for sickness, absence, and payroll preparation.
**What we need from you**:
- MinimumCIPD Level 3 or equivalent
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor role.
- Good IT skills with knowledge of Windows (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
- Experience with HR systems is highly advantageous.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude, accuracy, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal skills.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
