We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales and events coordinator to join our team at Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious company, with a growing portfolio of hotels, bars, and restaurants across the UK. We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme and generous holiday entitlement.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Selling hotel rooms, meeting spaces, and other services to corporate clients and individual customers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients
  • Coordinating events and meetings, including weddings, conferences, and product launches
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to client inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in sales or events coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong market knowledge and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
