About The Role
Career Opportunity
MandM Direct is seeking a talented CRM Executive to join our growing team. As a key member of our CRM team, you will play a crucial role in driving customer performance through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Collaborate with the Senior CRM Executive and CRM Manager to build and implement customer communication strategies
- Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for personalization and segmentation
- Launch and optimize customer journeys across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and web push notifications
- Work closely with external teams to stay up-to-date on market trends and incorporate learnings into our marketing campaigns
- Provide daily reporting and analysis of CRM channel performance
About You
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on CRM and email marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of HTML and experience with ESP/CDP/CDXP and/or other reporting tools is a plus
