Job Title: Flexible Supply Teaching

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Academic Professional to join our team at Academics. As an Educator in this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in your specialist subject area, inspiring students' educational journey and making a positive impact on their lives.


This opportunity is located in Chesterfield, allowing you to work with students from diverse backgrounds and collaborate with school staff to create a supportive learning environment.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Create and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to students' needs and abilities, promoting academic excellence and personal growth.
  2. Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment, ensuring effective behavior management and student engagement.
  3. Evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  4. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive and inclusive learning experience, meeting the unique needs of each student.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  2. Proven experience in teaching their specialist subject, demonstrating expertise and passion for the subject matter.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents.
  4. Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and respond to changing circumstances, showcasing flexibility and resilience.
$32,500 - $42,000 per annum
