Educational Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Chesterfield. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students with special educational needs and help them overcome learning barriers.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons to ensure students receive the support they need.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
