beBee Professionals in Chesterfield is seeking a highly motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons to ensure students receive the support they need.
  • Assist in the implementation of IEPs and provide feedback to teachers on student progress.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
