Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENDCo) Role
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified SENCo Lead to join our strong and well-equipped SEN Department. As a SENCo, you will deliver fun-based learning to pupils according to their educational needs, maximising children's achievement and ability to develop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality educational programs for students with Special Educational Needs.
- Develop and implement the school's Special Educational Needs policy, ensuring all students' attainment and achievement are raised.
- Support colleagues in the teaching of students with Special Educational Needs, further improving the quality of teaching and learning.
Requirements:
- Highly motivated and passionate about providing all students with the best educational opportunities.
- Committed to further improving the quality of teaching and learning by supporting colleagues in the teaching of students with Special Educational Needs.
- Highly knowledgeable in the field of Special Educational Needs.
