About the Role

  1. Manage students' behaviour and learning during lessons and throughout the school day
  2. Work with reduced class sizes and coordinate with pupil support workers
  3. Deliver English across Key Stages 3 and 4
  4. Effectively differentiate planning and delivery for mixed ability classes
  5. Encourage social skills development and support individual needs
  6. Better student confidence and motivation
  7. Participate in team meetings and training programmes

Requirements

">
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent desired but not essential
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject
  • Knowledge of learning and behavioural needs associated with SEMH students
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a caring attitude

Salary Information

  • Paid £140-£160 per day
