Key responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver tailored lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to students, helping them to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure that students receive comprehensive support

You will be required to have:

  • A strong understanding of the UK education system, particularly KS3 and KS4
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • A passion for working with vulnerable and disengaged young people

Salary: £25 per hour
