Mentor for Challenging Behaviour

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Specialist to work in a primary school in Burnley, supporting students with challenging behaviour. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to make a real difference in the lives of students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students, using evidence-based strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement.
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement behaviour support plans that meet the individual needs of students.
- Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic success and social-emotional growth.
Requirements: A qualified Behaviour Support Specialist with experience in managing challenging behaviour and working with disengaged students is required. Maths and English skills are essential, as well as the ability to support in practical and classroom-based workshops.
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
