Teaching Personnel is committed to providing high-quality education staff to schools across the UK.

We are currently seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at a secondary school in the Burnley area. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the KS3 curriculum to pupils with special educational needs, including MLD, PMLD, Speech Language and Communication Needs, Autism and SEMH.

The ideal candidate will have a QTS/PGCE/ Higher Level Teaching qualification and experience supporting pupils with behaviours that challenge. They will be expected to deliver engaging lessons, offer strategies for pupils to cope with high pressure situations, and defuse challenging situations in a calm and timely manner.
