Randstad Education is recruiting for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable SIMS administrator on behalf of a warm and inclusive primary school located in Burnley. Key Responsibilities:

- Proficiently manage and update the school's database using SIMS.
- Assist with student records, attendance, and timetables.
- Managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the school office.
- Handling enquiries and providing friendly and helpful assistance to students, parents, visitors, and other members of staff.
- Data entry and other IT tasks.
- Coordination of school events and meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost care.

Essential Requirements:

- Experience using SIMS.
- Verifiable experience in administration roles in an educational setting.
- Exceptional organisational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and school management software.
