About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team at Veritas Education Recruitment Ltd. As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and social development of children aged 3-5.

Job Summary:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering educational activities and promoting child development
  • Provide individual and group support to children to ensure their emotional and academic needs are met
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all children

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with early years or young children
  • A compassionate and patient approach to working with children
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • An understanding of child development and early years curriculum
  • Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo necessary training

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary (£18,000 - £22,000 per annum)
