About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing leadership and direction to administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration teams, ensuring efficient practices and a motivated workforce.
  • Close supervision and monitoring of the waiting list to ensure that under service development and improvement quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate admin team workloads to ensure that both the 18 week RTT target is met on a monthly basis.
  • Manage the budget for the administration team.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience of working within the NHS at junior management level.
  • Minimum of 3 years administration experience.
  • Direct line management of non-clinical staff.
