About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Director to join our team at Spire Healthcare Group plc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our clinical services and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deputise for the Hospital Director as required, providing strategic leadership and direction to the clinical team.
  • Promote a patient-focused, efficient, and quality service that aligns with our corporate direction.
  • Develop and implement the hospital's clinical strategy, supporting and contributing to the overall business strategy.
  • Lead and manage the clinical team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance frameworks.
  • Act as Caldicott Guardian, safeguarding patient information and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Develop and maintain clinical practice standards, ensuring high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the healthcare provider sector.
  • Competent across a range of clinical, management, and leadership skills.
  • Registered with an appropriate Health Professional Regulator.
  • Demonstrate post-registration, continual professional development in management and clinically related subjects.
