Job Description

Forest Green Rovers Football Club is seeking a Part-Time Coach to join our Community Trust team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to young people in our local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver coaching sessions to young people in our Premier League Kicks and Premier League Primary Stars programmes.
  • Work closely with our Project Coordinators to develop and deliver community-focused initiatives and projects.
  • Support the delivery of tournaments and matches, refereeing or managing young people.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with participants, parents, and community partners.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the FA Coaching Pathway and a minimum of a Level 2 football coaching badge or Youth Work level 2.
  • Experience of working or volunteering within school, club, or community sporting settings.
  • Ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate coaching sessions.
  • Enhanced CRB Certificate or Current FA DBS Clearance.
