We are seeking an ambitious and organised individual to join our team as an Emergency Bed Service Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication and organisational skills.

Job Summary

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating emergency referrals and bed/cot locating across the East of England, facilitating transfers of babies to Neonatal Intensive Care Units and Paediatric Intensive Care Units, and providing administrative support 24/7, including shift work and lone working.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • ">
  • A standard level of General Education (GCE, GSE, GCSE or equivalent education);">
  • Experience of working in a customer services or front of house environment;">
  • Basic IT skills - ability to use Microsoft packages.">

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
