Neonatal Transport Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Transport Nurse to join our critical care team at Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Neonatal Transport Nurse, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical care to infants requiring emergency and elective transfer.

Responsibilities- Providing direct clinical care to infants requiring emergency and elective transfer
- Working collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participating in governance processes to improve service quality and patient safety
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting incidents or near misses
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A first-level registration with the NMC
- Neonatal Critical Care qualification
- Teaching/mentorship qualification
- Neonatal Life Support Course certification
- Safeguarding level 3
We offer a competitive salary package, including a welcome subsidy of £1000 for Band 5 and Band 6 Nurses, Midwives, ODPs, Radiographers, and Orthoptists taking up substantive employment with the Trust.
