This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Neonatal Nurse to join our dynamic team at Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Neonatal Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our neonatal services.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care to critically ill newborns and their families
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Contribute to the development of our neonatal services through participation in quality improvement initiatives
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members
- Develop and maintain clinical, leadership, and management skills
