We are looking for a highly skilled Neonatal Care Professional to join our team at Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Fellow in NICU, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to critically ill newborns, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in stabilisation and transfer of sick neonates, as well as management and logistical decision-making. You will also participate in education and training activities to maintain and enhance your skills, contributing to the advancement of neonatal care.
About the Role:
- Provide expert care to critically ill newborns in NICU
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and implement treatment plans for neonates with complex medical conditions
- Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Full Registration and a Licence to Practice with the General Medical Council
- Demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing, and speaking English that enable effective communication about medical topics
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £61,825 to £70,425 per year, pro-rata, as well as access to a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
