Job Title: HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Brownlee Cale. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process, managing employee data, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate records of employee data, including personnel files, training records, and attendance management.
  • HR Systems Management: Ensure the effective use of HR systems, including Croner administration, Bright HR, and Hikvision facial recognition.
  • Operational Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to employee inquiries, developing training programs, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • UK Employee Relations experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software
