Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Brownlee Cale. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process, managing employee data, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate records of employee data, including personnel files, training records, and attendance management.
- HR Systems Management: Ensure the effective use of HR systems, including Croner administration, Bright HR, and Hikvision facial recognition.
- Operational Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to employee inquiries, developing training programs, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- UK Employee Relations experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in HR systems and software
