Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including manpower planning, crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and liaising with management for final interviews.
  • Cost Efficiency: Enhance the hiring process by reducing costs and minimizing turnaround times.
  • Induction Process Management: Review and refine the induction process for both internal staff and agency hires.
  • Administration of Employment Changes: Manage documentation for new starters and leavers, including monitoring probation periods and conducting exit interviews.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with managers to develop training programs and maintain training records, including the creation of training agreements.
  • HR Management Systems: Administer compliance management and oversee HR software tools.
  • Operational Support: Serve as a primary contact for staff inquiries, reporting directly to the HR manager.
  • Policy Compliance: Stay informed about current HR procedures and company policies.
  • Attendance Management: Support attendance management processes and ensure accurate payroll information is provided.
  • Data Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of all employees and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Reporting: Compile HR information for monthly management reports.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in recruitment or HR, with experience in UK Employee Relations.

Salary: Approximately £25,000, depending on experience.
