About the Job

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Childcare Professional to join our team at Wandsworth Co. As an Early Years Practitioner Lead, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for our children.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of daily routines and activities in the EYFS
  • Provide individualized support to children and their families
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment

Requirements

  • Relevant Level 3 childcare qualification and GCSE grade 'C' or above in Maths and English
  • Knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage, child development, and health and safety issues

Salary Range: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
