Disability Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Disability Support Professional to join our team at Wandsworth Co. As a Disability Support Professional, you will play a key role in supporting children and young people with disabilities in residential care, ensuring high quality care and making a difference in their lives. Our Oakdene Short Break and Chestnut Long-stay services provide care for children aged 5-18 years with moderate to severe learning difficulties. The estimated salary for this position is £31,388 per annum (pro rata for part-time staff).
Key responsibilities include being a key worker, developing programmes, and creating stimulating experiences. Essential qualifications include a Diploma in Residential Child Care and recent experience in childcare. Weekend work is required. Benefits include 40 days annual leave, flexible working, and a generous pension plan.
