Autism and Learning Disabilities Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Autism and Learning Disabilities Team Lead to join our dedicated team at Ivolve Group. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and directing a team of support workers to provide safe and reliable care and support to individuals with complex needs.
Job Requirements- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Support Worker in a social care setting.
- RQF Level 2 or above in social care.
- Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities and regulatory frameworks.
- Create, organize, and monitor individual care plans to ensure person-led care practices.
- Provide personal care, including support with health and medication needs, finances, and documents.
- Manage attendance, annual leave, and absences; authorize timesheets and plan rotas to meet service standards.
- Assess and support your team to deliver brilliant quality every day.
