About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Education and Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at Empowering Learning. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to provide tailored support to students with special needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education, with experience working with students with autism and other complex needs. You will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, supporting students with daily tasks, and collaborating with the lead teacher to develop and implement effective educational plans.

This is a temporary to permanent position, with a salary of £29,000 per annum. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide targeted support to students with special needs.
  2. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  3. Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
