SEN Behavioural Support
Bradford-based SEN School seeks a dedicated Behavioural Support Worker to join their team. Successful applicants will have experience working with children with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties.

This role involves providing essential support to pupils with SEMH needs, enabling them to engage fully with the curriculum and participate in school life.

Responsibilities:
  1. Offer tailored support to pupils with SEMH needs, leveraging positive behaviour management strategies and conflict resolution techniques.
  2. Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support colleagues to develop and implement targeted interventions.
  3. Participate in the development and refinement of behaviour policies and procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  4. Evaluate the success of support initiatives and recommend improvements where necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. Prior experience supporting children and young people with special educational needs or SEMH challenges.
  2. In-depth understanding of SEMH and its influence on behaviour.
  3. Proven ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
  4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Remuneration:

£85 daily rate.
