The Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
  1. Work closely with teachers and pupils to provide tailored support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special educational needs, strong understanding of SEN and behaviour management techniques, and ability to manage challenging behaviour. They will also possess an Enhanced DBS and relevant qualifications or experience.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
