Job Description

As a Day Support Specialist, you will be responsible for teaching communication, social, and daily living skills to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will also support individuals in a 2:1 or 1:1 ratio setting, providing personalized attention and care.

Requirements
  • At least one year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Possession of a passion and dedication to supporting people with disabilities

  • $45,000 per year salary, plus competitive tiered pay rates based on years of service
  • Four weeks of vacation, two weeks of sick time, and thirteen holidays
