The Role

We're seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, providing guidance to end-users, and maintaining our desktop operating systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support for hardware, software, and operating systems on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Deliver guidance sessions for end-users on software applications, system functionalities, and best practices.
  • Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows 10/11 and macOS.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM & Endpoint Manager/Intune platforms.
  • Certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
