Our Team

The Desktop Support Team is a high-performing group of specialists dedicated to ensuring technology needs are met with efficiency and expertise. Each member brings a unique set of skills and a passion for solving technical challenges.

What We're Looking For

  • A customer-focused mindset and the ability to interact with colleagues to resolve their issues.
  • Expert-level support for hardware, software, and operating systems on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • The ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows 10/11 and macOS.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM & Endpoint Manager/Intune platforms.
  • Certifications such as ITIL v4 Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, or equivalent.
