Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PC Services Engineer to be the face of IT for end-users of our services. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support and resolve complex problems for users across all locations and client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for a range of equipment, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Investigate and resolve major technical issues for all Diligenta users.
  • Install equipment and software for major projects, including site and floor planning.
  • Solve complex problems for users accessing IT services from office and remote locations.
  • Ensure that Diligenta IT support procedures are followed.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
  • Understanding of Active Directory, SCCM, Citrix, Server, and other technical toolsets.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10, Windows 7, and Citrix environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to diagnose technical issues and identify the right SMEs for resolution.
  • Customer-focused and interested in improving the end-user experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
