Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at GBA5 EntServ UK Limited. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving a wide range of desktop software and hardware incidents and service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer service and maintain a high level of service delivery.
  • Adhere to technical standards and service delivery processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Provide 1st Line Support via the on-site Tech Bar and handle 2nd Line incident tickets.
  • Build, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and VDI terminals to end users.
  • Assist with software installation and deployment.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 Operating Systems and legacy OS.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and DNS, DHCP.
  • Proven software and hardware troubleshooting skills.
  • Good written communication skills.
