About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Diligenta. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our end-users, ensuring that they have a seamless and productive experience with our IT services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users, resolving day-to-day issues with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with subject matter experts as needed.
  • Install and configure equipment and software for major projects, including site and floor planning.
  • Ensure that Diligenta's IT support procedures are followed, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
  • Understanding of Active Directory, SCCM, Citrix, Server, and other technical toolsets.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10, Windows 7, and Citrix environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to diagnose technical issues and identify the right resources for resolution.
  • Customer-focused approach, with a passion for improving the end-user experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with users at all levels.
